This is the story of doctoGyn, told by our co-founder, Dr Sadok Derouich
Hello,
The idea of doctoGyn came to me when I decided to open my medical practice. After working for several years in different maternity wards, I was convinced of the limitations, even the risks, of keeping my patients' data on paper.
So, I started looking for an electronic medical record solution. Unfortunately, none of the available solutions suited me:
- Lack of features specific to my specialty
- Software to install on PC with a risk of data loss
- High price with obligation of payment in foreign currency
Having skills in software development, I decided to create the first version of doctoGyn that I used in my practice for several years.
The first version quickly caught the interest of my colleagues. That's when I decided to develop a professional version accessible to all gynecologists.
A team of talented web developers then joined the project, and that's how doctogyn.com was born: an electronic medical record platform designed specifically for gynecologists.
doctoGyn is now an essential solution for managing medical records in gynecology.
Our mission is to improve the quality of care in gynecology by facilitating the management of medical records.
